Don’t Just Consider Weight Loss, Consider The Fat Loss Factor
They all work, apparently, as long as you stick to them, and whilst I still think the best diet is “no diet”, I fully agree you can get in better shape if you combine a healthy eating plan with some exercise.
Whilst some form of cardio is encouraged, it’s equally as important to do resistance exercises to build and maintain muscle, even if that does mean your scales
might not show such a fast weight loss as you’d like.
Don’t get disappointed though. Instead of looking at the scales, look at your clothes
and see how much better they fit.
Personally, I’m hooked on a healthy lifestyle program, which combines short duration exercises three times a week with a sensible approach to eating.
