I don’t know about you, but until fairly recently I always thought Candida was just a vaginal infection that created an itching or burning sensation in your intimate parts, with a white, sometimes smelly discharge.
I had no idea it can create many other emotional and physical symptoms.
As Candida is a systemic problem it’s difficult to identify and treat, and medications and creams can cause side effects, especially as they usually contain steroids.
