If only I knew 501 tips & ideas for finding more time…or just a few would do.

concerns_of_women_over50I don’t know about you, but I multi-task……a LOT!

All my friends do too, well, the female ones at least. I can’t say it’s something I’ve ever found a man capable of.

Often it seems to be the only way I can get all the things I need to do, done, but it means I never fully concentrate on anything, which is a bad thing, apparently.

I’m finding that’s particularly true as I get older, and it’s worrying me a bit because I’m not sure if I’m forgetting things because I’m not really concentrating, or whether I’m really starting to “lose” it!

I often wish I had more “me” time though, so I could just spend time doing the things I want to do, rather than have to do.

I’ll bet you’re the same, aren’t you?

The problem is there are only twenty-four hours in the day and we all have to sleep sometime, so it’s really important to spend our waking hours wisely.

Organisation is the key, I’m told, and using time-saving tips and systems to effectively accomplish everything you want and need to do.

Whilst it’s obviously geared to busy mums, this book,
Mum Hacks: Time-saving tips to calm the chaos of family life
looks as if it might provide me with some welcome answers before I suffer from burnout.
