The Beauty Of Food And What’s Lurking In Your Kitchen

skincare_concerns_of_women_over_50Whilst beauty is in the eye of the beholder and getting older doesn’t really bother me, there’s no doubt, as the years have gone by, it’s getting more expensive trying to keep my skin looking good.

Your skin will absorb 60% of whatever you put on it so you need to make sure you’re not feeding it with harmful chemicals.

I actually use a range of organic skincare, certified to FOOD grade standards! They don’t contain any synthetic toxic chemicals and are so safe you could theoretically eat them, although I wouldn’t recommend it.

They’re all made from food sources, you see, and if you’re interested you can find out more  here – www.BestOrganicsForHealth.com

I use them because they really suit me, BUT any physical product tends to be expensive
if you have to have it shipped from one country to another, so there are cheaper
alternatives.

One book which shows you how to make your own is this –
